The Republic of Moldova will welcome you to its heart, the capital city of Chisinau, for the 3rd Eastern Partnership E-infrastructures Conference EaPEC 2018. Registration is open and policy makers, research managers and experts on networking, cultural heritage, and high- performance computing for research and education are invited to participate, along with anyone interested in exploring the conference topics.
EaPEC 2018 will include sessions on digital libraries, digital heritage and open access; e-infrastructures for open science, and EC-funded research. It will feature workshops on cybersecurity, clouds and infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and on services provided by national research and education networks. Panel discussions, lightning talks, ‘Enlighten Your Research’ awards and presentations by prominent international speakers will also enliven the event.
The conference is organised by the EaPConnect (Eastern Partnership Connect) project as part of its goal to interconnect the research and education communities in the EU and Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. EaPEC 2018 will support community building and serve as a platform for collaboration on policy and research.
